Term; Automatic Renewal. Either party may terminate this Agreement effective on the Renewal Date or on any one year anniversary of the Renewal Date by giving the other party at least 90 days prior written notice. The foregoing notwithstanding, Foothill shall have the right to terminate its obligations under this Agreement immediately and without notice upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default.

Term; Automatic Renewal. This Lease Agreement shall be for a term of twelve (12) months, and shall begin on the Lease Commencement Date specified on Page 1 Number 4a and terminate on the Lease Expiration Date specified on Page 1 Number 4b (the “Term”). After expiration of the Term, this Lease Agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month tenancy if the Lease Agreement has not been terminated by either party or the parties have not renewed the Lease Agreement for another Term. Either party may terminate the month-to-month tenancy by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the end of the Term. Either party may end or renew this Lease Agreement at the end of the original Term by a thirty (30) day written notice to the other party.

Term; Automatic Renewal. The term of this Rental Agreement shall be from October 15th, 2020 to April 15, 2021. Tenant Requested Drop off date: and Pickup date: Drop off and pickup of property is by appointment– 48-hour notice required. Pick-up after April 15, 2021 will be treated as a 1-day term to automatically renew each day.
Term; Automatic Renewal. The term of this agreement shall begin upon User’s commencement of the Software/Service and shall automatically renew on either a monthly or quarterly basis as chosen by the Client at the time of contract initiation. Fixed lease options as chosen at the time of contract initiation do not auto-renew. Termination by User or Company prior to automatic renewal of term must be supplied in written form at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term and must comply with the termination procedures set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement. Should the subscription be terminated prior the current subscription period expiration date and pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement, NO refund shall be issued to User by Company.

Unless earlier terminated as provided in herein: (i) the term of this ESMA will commence on the Effective Date and continue for as long as Customer has an active Subscription to Cloudera Products and/or an active Order Form for Services, and (ii) each Order Form for Professional Services and/or Training Services expires one year from the initial effective date of such Order Form unless both parties agree in writing to extend the term of such Order Form. Unless a party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of a Subscription Period as set forth in an Order Form, the Subscription will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month Subscription Periods thereafter at Cloudera’s then-current list price (unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the parties in writing), with the applicable fees due on the first day of the renewal, payable pursuant to Section 5 above.

Term; Automatic Renewal. Each Order Form will specify your Initial Subscription Term and any applicable Renewal Term for the Services. Unless your Order Form expressly state otherwise or applicable Law prohibits automatic renewal, each Renewal Term for the Services will begin automatically at the end of the then-current Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Term, as the case may be, unless either party provides written notice of termination or modification of the Services provided under such Order Form (i) at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of the next Renewal Term, or (ii) within the notice period required by applicable Law (collectively, (i) and (ii), the “Renewal Notice Period”). In order to terminate or modify the affected Services, you must provide notice to Assure Disability in an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, in accordance with the Renewal Notice Period. Any statutory rights you may have under the applicable Laws to terminate your Services at an earlier time during the Initial Subscription Term or any given Renewal Term remains unaffected by this clause, and, if required by applicable law, we will send you a reminder notice prior to the commencement date of the Renewal Term (and in accordance with the notice periods specified in this Agreement or other such deadline set by applicable Law that may apply to you) reminding you of your right to terminate the affected Services and how to do so.
