Fees, Payment, and Billing. (a) Fees. Fees include, without limitation, set up or installation fees, monthly fees for the Services, monthly Equipment fees and other fees as set forth below.

Fees, Payment, and Billing. Fees - These include set up or installation fees, monthly service fees, monthly equipment fees, and other charges. We will bill these fees and any equipment costs in advance. You agree to pay all taxes and fees arising under this agreement. If you're experiencing service or quality issues during the first thirty (30) days which we can't resolve, you may cancel the service, and we may refund all amounts paid (including installation cost) at our sole discretion. Additional Fees - All our services may have additional charges, including overage charges, unreturned equipment fees, early termination fees, upgrade fees, directory assistance (411) calls, insufficient funds fees, late fees, and reconnect fees as disclosed in our additional fees and payment terms statement which we may update from time to time. Payment Method and Timing - You can pay via electronic bank draft, money order, check or credit/debit card. If your payment is rejected or any unpaid balance stays on your account, it will be considered delinquent. Payment terms including due date and delinquent payment policy are detailed in the added fee statement. Payment is in advance of service delivery for that month. Late Fees and Service Interruption - Disconnect - We will charge late and other applicable fees to recover costs associated with delinquent payments. These fees are in addition to all other charges. Additionally, we may interrupt or disconnect your services due to non-payment. The details around overdue payment and associated charges are available in the added fee statement. If we decide to retrieve any equipment from you, we will contact you to inform you about the process. If you wish to resume or reconnect services, you must first clear any outstanding amounts on your account. Billing Disputes and Errors - You may dispute any invoiced charge by contacting us within thirty (30) days of the disputed invoice date. Any charges will be considered correct and indisputable thirty (30) days after the invoice date, and you will lose the right to dispute any charge after that period. If any billing errors result in overpayment for service, we will issue invoice credits equal to the erroneously billed amounts. Fee Changes - You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to change our service fees, added fees, or introduce new fees at any time upon letting you know.   • Fees Payment Service Provider agrees to pay GlobalSign the fees for the Products and/or Services shown in the Order Summary. On each Product Term Start Date, Service Provider shall provide to GlobalSign valid, up-to-date and complete credit card details or, if applicable, purchase order information acceptable to GlobalSign. If Service Provider provides its credit card details to GlobalSign, Service Provider hereby authorizes GlobalSign to bill such credit card for the fees payable on the Product Term Start Date for any Products ordered. If Service Provider provides its approved purchase order information to GlobalSign, and/or opts to pay by invoice, GlobalSign shall invoice Service Provider on the Product Term Start Date for the fees payable in respect of any Products ordered. If Service Provider orders a new Product Pack, GlobalSign will invoice Service Provider on the new Product Term Start Date. If Service Provider continues to order Products individually, GlobalSign will invoice Service Provider on a monthly basis in arrears at the Overage rates shown for the applicable Product on the Order Summary. All payments are payable in the currency on the Order Summary and, unless otherwise set forth on the Order Summary, are due net thirty (30) days from the invoice date. GlobalSign’s quoted prices for the Services and Products are exclusive of any and all taxes or duties. Such taxes and duties, when applicable, will be added to GlobalSign's invoices. Service Provider will pay any taxes, fees and similar governmental charges related to the execution or performance of this Agreement, other than applicable income taxes imposed on GlobalSign related to its receipt of payments from Service Provider. If any undisputed invoiced amount is not received by GlobalSign by the due date, then without limiting GlobalSign’s rights or remedies, (a) those charges will accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and (b) GlobalSign may suspend or limit Service Provider’s access to the Portal or Service without notice until full payment is made. Service Provider must notify GlobalSign of any fee disputes within thirty (30) days of the applicable invoice date or such invoice will be deemed accepted.

  • Invoices; Payment The City will accept invoices no more frequently than once per month. Each invoice shall fully detail the related costs and shall specify the status of the particular task or project as of the date of the invoice with regard to the accepted schedule for that task or project. Payment will be made within forty-five (45) days after receipt of an invoice acceptable to the City, in accordance with the Florida Local Government Prompt Payment Act. If, at any time during the contract, the City shall not approve or accept the Contractor's work product, and agreement cannot be reached between the City and the Contractor to resolve the problem to the City's satisfaction, the City shall negotiate with the Contractor on a payment for the work completed and usable to the City.

  • Fees and Billing As a condition of use, Subscriber agrees to pay when due all fees and charges for the service package it purchases including any new or additional services, any Custom Services, and for extensions or renewals of the Service Period (“Fees”).   • Fees; Payment Terms a) You will pay the fees for the use of the Services which are posted on the Sites or described in an Order or SOW, and may be changed from time to time, unless specified as conditions of a subscription type. These fees do not include: (i) any applicable sales, use or other taxes, which will be separately identified on your invoice; (ii) usage-based fees for the Services, which will be separately identified on your invoice, and (iii) charges for any services not contemplated by this Agreement, such as special programming, which may be available upon request and are subject to our then-current rates.
