Practice Guidelines 37.1. CONTRACTOR shall adopt practice guidelines (or adopt COUNTY’S practice guidelines) that meet the following requirements:
Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.
Policy Manual The bargaining agent shall be furnished, upon request, a current copy of any official policy of the employer relating to the terms or conditions of employment of employees in the bargaining unit.
SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity. Supplier will act in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards of Accenture as described in the Accenture Supplier Standards of Conduct, including prompt reporting of unlawful, fraudulent or unethical conduct. Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.
Operational Manual (a) The Multiplex Licensee agrees to develop an operational manual in consultation with all Access Seekers to deal with technical and operational matters that arise under or in connection with this Agreement, or the supply of the Multiplex Transmission Service (Operational Manual).
Design Guidelines The Owner’s “Design Guidelines” are as published on the Owner’s website (xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/for-vendors/design-guidelines/). In addition to providing a guide to be used in the preparation of design documents for the Owner’s construction projects, the Design Guidelines also contain regulatory code compliance and other Owner requirements. The “Effective Date” (as noted in Section 2.7 of the Design Guidelines), determining which edition will be used for a given project, is set at the beginning of Design Development and will govern the preparation of construction documents for the project unless noted otherwise. Compliance with the Design Guidelines does not relieve the Design Professional from any of its responsibility.
Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
