Filling Positions Reevaluated in the Bargaining Unit. When an occupied position is upgraded on the basis of the present duties, the incumbent bargaining unit employee will remain in such position. When an occupied position is upgraded on the basis of duties which are added to the position, the incumbent bargaining unit employee will remain in such position, if qualified.
