Final Cleaning of Project. At completion of the Work and prior to occupancy by District, Contractor shall, using professional cleaners, thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the buildings, and the Site and adjacent areas, of all material related to its performance of the Work. In the event Contractor fails to do so, District may cause this work to be done at Contractor's expense, as provided in Section 16 of these General Conditions.   • Final Cleaning Before final inspection of the work, the Contractor shall clean all ground occupied by the Contractor in connection with the work of all rubbish, excess materials, temporary structures and equipment, and all parts of the work must be left in a neat and presentable condition to the satisfaction of the Project Manager. However, the Contractor shall not remove any warning and directional signs prior to the formal acceptance by the Project Manager. Full compensation for final cleaning will be included in the prices paid for the various items of work or lump sum bid, as the case may be, and no separate payment will be made therefor.

  • Maintenance of Properties (a) Maintain, preserve and protect all of its material properties and equipment necessary in the operation of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted; (b) make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (c) use the standard of care typical in the industry in the operation and maintenance of its facilities.
