Final Cleaning of Project. At completion of the Work and prior to occupancy by District, Contractor shall, using professional cleaners, thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the buildings, and the Site and adjacent areas, of all material related to its performance of the Work. In the event Contractor fails to do so, District may cause this work to be done at Contractor's expense, as provided in Section 16 of these General Conditions.
