Final Compensation Based On Three Year Average. As required by Government Code Section 7522.32, effective January 1, 2013, for the purposes of determining a retirement benefit for SCERA members covered by this Section 20.7.2, final compensation shall mean the highest average annual pensionable compensation earned during 36 consecutive months of service.
Final Compensation Based On Three Year Average. For purposes of determining a retirement benefit, final compensation for employees covered by this section 7.11.3 shall be based on the member’s highest three-year average.
Final Compensation Based On Three Year Average. For the purposes of determining a retirement benefit, final compensation for bargaining unit members covered by subsection B. shall be the highest average annual compensation earnable by the member during three (3) consecutive years of employment, as specified in Government Code § 20037.
C. 2% at 62 New Member Employee Benefit for Miscellaneous Members – Miscellaneous Unit members hired on or after January 1, 2013
Final Compensation Based On Three Year Average. For purposes of determining a retirement benefit, the final compensation for an employee member covered by Section E, shall mean the highest annual average pensionable compensation during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of service as specified in Government Code § 7522.32.
