Flex-Time Schedule. The County reserves the right to utilize a flex-time schedule. Employees assigned to a flex-time schedule will be eligible for overtime only when the hours worked exceed eighty (80) in a pay period or as otherwise required by law. The County reserves the right to discontinue the flex-time schedule and reassign an employee to a normal daily work schedule based on the operational needs of the department.

Flex-Time Schedule. In addition, the County reserves the right to utilize a flex-time schedule as defined in Article 2. An employee and the employee’s supervisor must agree to assignment to flex-time. A flex-time work schedule is a non-regular work schedule with or without a consistent pattern as to the number of work hours per day or week, but an arrangement under which the employee is obligated to perform work and be responsible for flexing the hours of his/her own work schedule in accordance with a written agreement between the employee and the County. Employees may request and department heads may utilize a flex-time schedule whenever the schedule will benefit the County and will not incur overtime beyond the County’s usual and customary overtime needs under the employee’s regular work schedule. An employee and the County must agree to and complete a written agreement specifying the work week, scheduled days of the week, and hours to be regularly worked for the flex-time assignment. Employees assigned to a flex-time schedule will be eligible for overtime when required by law or when the employee’s paid status hours exceed forty (40) in the employee’s regular seven (7) day work period. The County reserves the right to discontinue the flex-time schedule and reassign an employee to a normal daily work schedule based on the operational needs of the department.
Flex-Time Schedule. The County reserves the right to utilize a flextime schedule. An employee and the employee's appointing authority must agree to the assignment to flextime. Employees assigned to a flex-time schedule will be eligible for compensation for overtime when required by law or when the employee's pay status hours exceed forty (40) in the employee's regular seven (7) day work period or in excess of a normal full-time daily work shift. The County reserves the right to discontinue the flextime schedule and reassign an employee to a normal daily work schedule based on the operational needs of the department. It is not the intent of a flex schedule to require an employee to work beyond their regularly scheduled hours (i.e. overtime) and then adjust other regularly scheduled hours within the same pay period to avoid overtime, unless agreed to by the employee.
Flex-Time Schedule. A. Bargaining unit members interested in flex time will meet with the building principal to discuss the details of the flex time arrangement. Flex schedules will be worked out on a one-to-one basis. If the member is denied the opportunity to utilize flex time, he/she will receive the reasons for denial in writing, if requested. B. Bargaining unit members who mutually agree to alter their teaching schedules shall not be required to attend any meeting/duty which requires them to be present before their starting time or to remain beyond their ending time, except parent-teacher conferences and open house. C. Bargaining unit members with starting times before 7:20 a.m. (8:30 a.m. in the elementary schools) shall be assigned early lunch. Similarly, those with ending times after the normal ending time shall be scheduled a late lunch, unless otherwise requested by the bargaining unit member.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the ISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement. 35.2. Subject to the provisions of Part B, Section 4 of this Agreement, all rates provided under this Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive.   • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.
