Final Invoices. Final Invoices shall be due to the County by the 15th of the month subsequent to the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Final Invoices. In the event that the Agency shall receive federal and/or state funds for any portion of the herein described Project, this provision shall apply.
a) The Agency must submit the final invoice on the Project to the Department within one hundred twenty (120) days after the completion of the Project. Invoices submitted after the one hundred twenty (120) day time period may not be paid.
Final Invoices. No later than at least one (1) Business Day prior to the Measurement Date, Liberty Media and SplitCo will deliver to SiriusXM redacted (except as to the final aggregate amounts of any fees, costs and expenses) copies of final invoices for all unpaid fees, costs and other expenses of any investment bankers, financial advisors (including the brokers referred to in Section 3.6 of the Merger Agreement), attorneys, accountants and other consultants, advisors or other Representatives incurred by or on behalf of, or payable by, Liberty Media, SplitCo or their respective Subsidiaries arising from or in connection with the Transactions.
Final Invoices. Lands’ End must receive the final invoice for a service within 90 days after the Statement of Work is completed. The final invoice must include all costs and expenses incurred in such service not previously billed. The service provider shall not incur any additional costs or billable hours after submission of the final invoice without the express prior written approval of Lands’ End.
Final Invoices. Should there be any fees incurred after the rental fee balance has been paid (such as fees for additional services, changes, damages, or failure to vacate), WSU will invoice RENTER for the remaining balance due after the EVENT. WSU will attempt to include all such amounts on one final invoice, but reserves the right to issue more than one invoice for the collection of these fees. RENTER shall pay all amounts invoiced within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. Failure to make timely payments to WSU shall result in a charge of one percent (1%) per month on any unpaid amounts due.
Final Invoices. The Project Awardee’s final invoice (completion invoice) will be clearly indicated as such and shall indicate the cumulative amounts incurred and billed to completion, and a written certification of the total hours expended. Actual project costs incurred and cost share performance, if applicable, of each project shall be reported and reviewed in accordance with the Project Award reporting requirements.
Final Invoices. The University shall send a final invoice(s) to the Licensee after the Term has ended. The final invoice(s) shall include, as applicable:
(A) All incidental charges incurred by the Licensee, including any Additional Costs fulfilled by the University, including house-fulfilled catering, pursuant to Section 3.2, payable to the University.
(B) All charges for catering fulfilled by Xxxxx Events and Catering, payable directly to Louis Events and Catering.
Final Invoices. The Contracting Party and Exchange agree that any Invoice payable on any Physical Settlement Date will be final and binding, absent manifest error, for all purposes 120 days after such Physical Settlement Date unless the Contracting Party has then advised Exchange of any error in, or dispute in respect of, such Invoice.
Final Invoices. Recipient shall submit a final invoice for all allowable costs under each Project Statement to PCORI on or before ninety (90) days after the Project Statement Term Date. Recipient shall clearly mark the final invoice for each Project Statement as ”FINAL.”
Final Invoices. Upon termination of this Subcontractor Agreement, Subcontractor must submit all final invoices within forty-five (45) days after the effective date of termination. It is understood by the Parties that Xxxxx will have no obligation to pay any invoices received after that time.
