Promotional Criteria Subject to the utilisation of the skills, as required by the Employer, an employee remains at this level until he/she has developed the skills to allow the employee to effectively perform the tasks required of this function and is assessed to be competent to perform effectively at a higher level or has successfully completed appropriate training to ASF level 1 and has the demonstrated skills to perform at a higher level. An employee must be prepared to undertake appropriate training. LEVEL 3
Recall List The Board shall maintain a recall list. Copies of the list will be sent to each person on the list and the Association at least once during the fall and once during the spring each year.
Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. 2. Contractor will further notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate equal or exceed twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. In the event the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee determines said transfer of twenty percent (20%) or more is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the County Alcohol and Drug Services, she may require a re-negotiation of the Agreement.
Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.
ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.
Annual Production Program document describing the forecasts for Production and handling of Oil, Gas, water, special fluids, and waste arising from the Production process of each Development Area or Field.
Promotion Procedure The rate of pay of an employee promoted shall be established in the new pay range at the nearest step which exceeds the existing rate by at least five (5) percent, but shall not exceed the maximum of that pay range except that whenever the rate of pay prior to promotion is above the maximum of the pay range established for the position to which the employee is being promoted, the present rate shall be retained.
Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCP that the plan is accurate is not intended to mislead, confuse or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.
