Final Sums. Within 60 days of the date of termination of this Construction Agreement NGC shall:
Final Sums. 9B.2 Provision of Bi-annual Estimate and Secured Amount Statement 9B.2. 1The Company shall provide to the User an estimate (“the Bi-annual Estimate”) in substantially the form set out in Part 2 of Appendix M to this Construction Agreement and showing the amounts of all payments required or which may be required to be made by the User to The Company in respect of Final Sums and The Company Engineering Charges and other expenses in relation to seeking Consents referred to in Clause 2.4 of this Construction Agreement at the following times and in respect of the following periods:- (a) forthwith on and with effect from the signing of this Construction Agreement, in respect of the period from and including the day of signing of this Construction Agreement until the next following 31st March or 30th September (whichever shall first occur); and (b) not less than 75 (seventy five) days (or if such day is not a Business Day the next following Business Day) prior to each 31st March and 30th September thereafter in respect of the period of six calendar months commencing on the immediately following 1st April or 1st October (as the case may be), until this Construction Agreement shall be terminated and all sums due or which will or might fall due in respect of which security is to be provided shall have been paid. 9B.2. 2Such Bi-annual Estimate shall be accompanied by a statement (in the form of the Secured Amount Statement set out in Part 3 of Appendix M to this Construction Agreement) (“Secured Amount Statement”) specifying the aggregate amount to be secured at the beginning of and throughout each such period. 9B.2. 3If The Company shall not provide any subsequent Bi-annual Estimate and Secured Amount Statement by the requisite date, then the User shall at the date it is next required to have in full force and effect security and whether by renewal or replacement or otherwise in respect of the following six calendar month period nonetheless provide security in accordance with the provisions of this Construction Agreement in the same amount as the amount then in force in respect of the then current six calendar month period.   • Overdue Payments Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments of Rent or other monetary amounts due hereunder at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, accruing from the date such Rent or other monetary amounts were properly due and payable.

  • INTEREST AND CHARGES 7.1 If we do not receive your full payment of the current balance specified in the statement of account on or before the payment due date, you must pay daily interest at the rate of (i) S$3.00 per month or (ii) at the retail interest rate or cash interest rate (where applicable) as set out in the statement of account, whichever is the greater, on:- (a) the amount of each unpaid card transaction, or part thereof, listed in the current statement of account, from the date each such card transaction was effected until the date of the current statement of account; and (b) the current balance specified in the statement of account, from the date of the statement of account until the day before the date when we receive payment of the current balance (entirely or partly); and (c) the current balance specified in the statement of account less any partial payment, from the date of such partial payment to the date of the next statement of account or the date when we receive full payment of the current balance, whichever is the earlier; and (d) the amount of each card transaction debited to the card account after the date of the statement of account, from the date each such card transaction was effected until the date of the next statement of account or the date when we receive full payment of the current balance, whichever is the earlier.

  • Overdue Charges If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).

  • Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If the User fails to pay an invoice by the Due Date, the User must, if required by the Service Provider, pay the Service Provider interest on any amount outstanding. (b) Interest will be calculated from the Due Date to the actual date of payment (both inclusive) at an annual percentage rate equal to the aggregate of: (i) the corporate overdraft reference rate (monthly charging cycle) applied by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Bank) as at the Due Date (or if the Bank ceases to quote such a rate, then the rate which in the opinion of the Bank is equivalent to such rate in respect of similar overdraft accommodation) expressed as a percentage; plus (ii) 2 per cent per annum.

  • Payment of Principal, Interest and Other Amounts The Trust will duly and punctually pay the principal of and interest, Additional Interest Amounts and Make-Whole Payments, if any, on the Notes according to the terms of the Notes and this Indenture. Amounts withheld under the Code or State or local tax law by any Person from a payment to a Noteholder will be considered as having been paid by the Trust to the Noteholder.

  • Interest and Late Charges If Tenant fails to pay when due any Rent or other amounts or charges which Tenant is obligated to pay under the terms of this Lease, the unpaid amounts shall bear interest at the maximum rate then allowed by law. Tenant acknowledges that the late payment of any Monthly Installment of Base Rent will cause Landlord to lose the use of that money and incur costs and expenses not contemplated under this Lease, including without limitation, administrative and collection costs and processing and accounting expenses, the exact amount of which is extremely difficult to ascertain. Therefore, in addition to interest, if any such installment is not received by Landlord within ten (10) days from the date it is due, Tenant shall pay Landlord a late charge equal to ten percent (10%) of such installment. Landlord and Tenant agree that this late charge represents a reasonable estimate of such costs and expenses and is fair compensation to Landlord for the loss suffered from such nonpayment by Tenant. Acceptance of any interest or late charge shall not constitute a waiver of Tenant's default with respect to such nonpayment by Tenant nor prevent Landlord from exercising any other rights or remedies available to Landlord under this Lease.

  • Payment of Taxes or Other Governmental Charges Holders of Receipts shall be obligated to make payments to the Depositary of certain charges and expenses, as provided in Section 5.7. Registration of transfer of any Receipt or any withdrawal of Stock and all money or other property, if any, represented by the Depositary Shares evidenced by such Receipt may be refused until any such payment due is made, and any dividends, interest payments or other distributions may be withheld or any part of or all the Stock or other property represented by the Depositary Shares evidenced by such Receipt and not theretofore sold may be sold for the account of the holder thereof (after attempting by reasonable means to notify such holder prior to such sale), and such dividends, interest payments or other distributions or the proceeds of any such sale may be applied to any payment of such charges or expenses, the holder of such Receipt remaining liable for any deficiency.

  • Payment of Other Taxes Without limiting the foregoing, Borrowers shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law, or at Agent’s option, timely reimburse Agent for payment of, any Other Taxes.
