Fire Inspectors and Sprinkler Technicians. If a recognized holiday falls on a normal day off, the employee will be paid ten (10) hours of straight time holiday pay. If the recognized holiday falls on a day that the employee is normally scheduled to work, the employee would not normally be required to work and would receive the employee's scheduled shift hours of straight time wages as holiday pay for the day. If the employee is required to work the employee's normally scheduled shift on the holiday, the employee shall receive one (1) hour of straight time wages for each hour worked in addition to one
