Firing Range. The Employer shall make available a firing range for weapons qualification. Employees shall be scheduled to qualify during their normal regular working hours when possible. For those employees who have to qualify at times other than their normal working hours, they shall receive their regular hourly rate of pay during the hours they are scheduled to qualify.
