However, both parties understand that this is not feasible until such time that more than 50% of the current population of the 20.3 and 20.7 grades have achieved the certification outlined in appendix A. The parties agree that when the 50% figure is met, they will meet to discuss the implementation of a new classification. For greater clarity this package is not available to people working past age 65. Employees interested in the package will have six opportunities to participate.
