Common use of Fixed-Term Contract Employees Clause in Contracts

Fixed-Term Contract Employees. Fixed-term contract employees who have at least 12-months continuous service with the Corporation, and who meet the eligibility criteria before the date of birth or adoption of the child, are eligible to receive paid parental leave in accordance with clause 6.7.1.1 (a) and 6.7.1.1

Fixed-term contract employees who have at least 12-months continuous service with the Corporation, and who meet the eligibility criteria before the date of birth or adoption of the child, are eligible to receive paid parental leave in accordance with clause 6.7.1.1 6. 3.4 subject to the following conditions: (ai) and 6.7.1.1Entitlement to paid parental leave as prescribed in clause 6.3.4 will cease at the completion of the contract term; and (ii) Payments made under clause 6.3.4 shall not give rise to contract renewal or ongoing employment.

Fixed-Term Contract Employees. 6.7.9.1 Fixed-term contract employees who have at least twelve (12-months ) months’ continuous service with the Corporation, and who meet the eligibility criteria before the date of birth or adoption of the child, are eligible to receive paid parental leave subject to the following conditions: • Entitlement to paid parental leave as prescribed in accordance with clause 6.7.1.1 (a) 6.7.8.1 and 6.7.1.16.7.8.2 will cease at the completion of the contract term and • Payments made under clause 6.7.8.1 and 6.7.8.2 shall not give rise to contract renewal or ongoing employment.
