Common use of Fixed-Term Contract Employees Clause in Contracts

Fixed-Term Contract Employees. Fixed-term contract employees who have at least 12-months continuous service with the Corporation, and who meet the eligibility criteria before the date of birth or adoption of the child, are eligible to receive paid parental leave in accordance with clause 6.7.1.1 (a) and 6.7.1.1 (b) subject to the following conditions:

Fixed-Term Contract Employees. Fixed-term contract employees who have at least twelve (12-months ) months’ continuous service with the Corporation, and who meet the eligibility criteria before the date of birth or adoption of the child, are eligible to receive paid parental leave in accordance with clause 6.7.1.1 (a) and 6.7.1.1 (b) xx subject to the following conditions:
