FIXED WORKING HOURS. SYSTEM‌ Notwithstanding the stipulations of Article 6 above, normal working time is 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Working hours are determined after consultation with the staff delegation. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles L. 211-18 et seq. of the Luxembourg Labour Code, working hours exceeding normal working time shall be considered as overtime provided that they have been worked at the request of the employer or its representative or in accordance with the internal regulations of insurance companies. Insurance companies may nevertheless implement, for all or part of their staff, a more flexible arrangement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below in II. These terms and conditions apply by analogy to salaries with part-time contracts.
