FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS SYSTEMS. Insurance companies may implement, for all or part of their staff, flexitime (see 1 below) or Work Organisation Plans (WOP) (see 2 below) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions apply by analogy to employees with part-time work contracts.
