Fleet Launch. The Midpoint of the "Fair" classification for the Fleet Launch standard in the next period will be adjusted by an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the difference between the actual Fleet Launch in the prior period and the Midpoint of the "Fair" classification in the prior period. The upper bound of the "Good" classification in the next period will be adjusted by an amount equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the difference between the actual Fleet Launch in the prior period and the Midpoint of the "Fair" classification in the prior period. The remaining bounds of each category will meet the criteria described in Section 8.2(b).

  • Launch Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to begin distribution of the Google Desktop Applications promptly following the launch of the Desktop Portal.

The Marketing Plan and all marketing activities must be consistent with the Marketing Guidelines which are set forth in Appendix D, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement as if set forth fully herein. The Marketing Plan shall be kept on file in the offices of the Contractor, LDSS, and the SDOH. The Marketing Plan may be modified by the Contractor subject to prior written approval by the SDOH and/or the LDSS. The LDSS or SDOH must take action on the changes submitted within sixty (60) calendar days of submission or the Contractor may deem the changes approved.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.
