Maintenance Support definition

Maintenance Support means the commercially-available Veritas maintenance/technical support services ordered by Customer for the Licensed Software, provided pursuant to Veritas’s then-current maintenance/support policies and processes.

Maintenance Support. SLA” means the provision of maintenance and support and associated service level agreement as specified in Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Maintenance Support

Maintenance Support means all software coding done to correct Bugs found during usage as well as to implement any Software Update or Upgrade. It includes also any hosting maintenance which is required to retain or increase the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Service throughout the Agreement Term.

Maintenance Support means Bug Fixes and Updates associated with the Licensed Technology as described in Section 9.2 of this Supplement #4.

Maintenance Support means Symantec’s standard Essential technical support for Licensed Software, as available on Symantec’s Price List and provided pursuant to Symantec’s then- current support policy, a copy of which is located at Symantec’s then- current enterprise support website available through xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or its successor URL, as identified by Symantec.

Maintenance Support means any error corrections, updates and upgrades that the Supplier may provide or perform with respect to the Software, to the standards as described in SCHEDULE 6;

Maintenance Support means any support services requested by Licensee which will be provided by IR, or its agent, and specified in an Order but does not include Consulting Services. It includes Minor Product Upgrades, Major Product Upgrades, and technical support. Maintenance Support means any support services requested by Licensee which will be provided by IR, or its agent, in accordance with the IR then current Customer Support Guide and specified in an Order but does not include Consulting Services.
