- Flex Schedules and Alternative Work Schedules. The Employer may approve an employee’s request for a flexible work schedule, provided such schedule contains the same number of hours regularly scheduled per pay period. The Employer may also approve or require alternate work schedules so long as such alternative work schedule is equal to the number of hours of the employee’s current normal workweek and provided the Employer provides at least seven (7) calendar day’s advance notice to the affected employee(s) of such change from the normal workweek. The Employer may discontinue or modify flexible or alternate work schedules provided the Employer provides at least seven (7) calendar days advance notice to the affected employee(s).
