Flexibility Premium. As a consequence of the above agreement, all employees within the Maintenance Department (except those covered by the job classification plan), who do not already receive the $0.50 per hour flexibility premium will receive same effective from the date at which the changes described herein are implemented.
Flexibility Premium. A 25 % loading of the Ordinary Hours for penalties and allowances described in clause 27.2.

Flexibility Premium. 32.1 The Company recognizes that the small size of the Vancouver Operation imposes certain demands on employees for flexibility. This flexibility has been important to the success of the Vancouver Operation and is necessary to meet the Company's short notice business needs. All employees are called upon from time to time to assist with certain situations or act as back up to functions both inside and outside the bargaining unit.
