Flexible Monday. Friday PDO’s i. Flexible PDO days shall be determined in advance of every block by an interval determined by the Associates in the Team. ii. Monday and Friday PDO’s around public holidays will be determined for the entire year with access equally shared. iii. Before the start of every flexible PDO block the Team Leader will ask all Associates in the team if they need any specific day as a PDO for the next period. iv. A specified PDO day will be guaranteed to one Associate for every 11 Associates in the team and up to 3 Associates per team of 11 or more subject to Associates in other teams on the Associate’s shift in the same department not wanting that specific day. If more associates in the team want a PDO on a specific day the STL (or the next suitable company representative) will decide who will be allowed the PDO day in question based on prior access to specific PDO days and the reason for that day. When Associates do not request any specific day the Team Leader will advise the Associate which Monday or Friday will be their PDO. v. Mutual swaps of Associate PDO’s will be possible subject to Team Leader endorsement of the change.

  • Flexible Hours Upon the request of an employee and the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may work flexible hours on a daily basis so long as the daily hours amount to seven decimal five (7.5).

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday. (b) When the employee is scheduled off on a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule the employee off the paid holiday. (c) In the event of a scheduling conflict, 12.07 (a) will be the deciding provision.

  • Payments Within Twelve Months The Company has not made any direct or indirect payments (in cash, securities or otherwise) (i) to any person, as a finder's fee, consulting fee or otherwise, in consideration of such person raising capital for the Company or introducing to the Company persons who raised or provided capital to the Company, (ii) to any NASD member or (iii) to any person or entity that has any direct or indirect affiliation or association with any NASD member, within the twelve months prior to the Effective Date, other than payments to EBC.

  • Payments Within Twelve (12) Months Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company has not made any direct or indirect payments (in cash, securities or otherwise) to: (i) any person, as a finder’s fee, consulting fee or otherwise, in consideration of such person raising capital for the Company or introducing to the Company persons who raised or provided capital to the Company; (ii) any FINRA member; or (iii) any person or entity that has any direct or indirect affiliation or association with any FINRA member, within the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date, other than the payment to the Underwriters as provided hereunder in connection with the Offering.
