Common use of Flexible Time Off Clause in Contracts

Flexible Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to senior executives, but in no event less than twenty-five (25) days, per calendar year.

Flexible Time Off. Any flexible time off shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and Executive. Holidays shall be provided in accordance with regard Company policy, as in effect from time to senior executives, but in no event less than twenty-five (25) days, per calendar yeartime.
