Flexitime Periods. 9.2.1 Within the constraints of the prepared roster and subject to the concurrence of the supervisor, Employees may select their own starting and finishing times within the flexitime periods of 7.00am to 6.00pm. 9.2.2 The Employer may limit the access to and the operation of flexible working arrangements to ensure operational needs and customer service requirements of the agency are met. The Employer shall not unreasonably limit access to flexitime arrangements. 9.2.3 A maximum of 10 ordinary hours may be worked in any 1 day.

  • Time Periods The nondisclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Receiving Party's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or until Disclosing Party sends Receiving Party written notice releasing Receiving Party from this Agreement, whichever occurs first.

  • Computation of Time Periods In this Agreement in the computation of periods of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each mean “to but excluding”.

Partial days shall be discounted in the calculation and the duration of the SOW shall be calculated in Working Days. For example, if the duration of the SOW is 10 Working Days: 20% of the SOW is 2 days. The Notice Period = 2 Working Days; or if the duration of the SOW is 62 Working Days, 20% of the SOW is 12.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the scheduled hours of work. The length of the meal period shall be agreed to at the local level and shall be not less than 30 minutes nor more than 60 minutes. (b) An employee shall be entitled to take their meal period away from the workstation. Where this cannot be done, the meal period shall be considered as time worked.
