Flight Records. The Operator shall maintain accurate records of all flight movements to and from the Airfield during the Hours of Operation (as defined in Schedule 5) and make these records available to the Owner or agent that the Owner may employ appoint or retain from time to time so that on a weekly basis or at any other frequency the Owner may require. CAA Applications etc and Operator Works The Operator shall at the Owner’s Cost apply for and use reasonable endeavours to obtain CAA Category 1 daytime visual access weekday licensed airfield status for the Airfield such application to be submitted to CAA by 1 October 2013 provided that the parties acknowledge that the Owner intends to resurface and carry out the marking of the runway following receipt of funding for those works and if the Operator carries out the marking of the runway before such funding is made available and such resurfacing is completed then such marking will be at the Operator’s cost and will not be an Owner’s Cost. The Operator shall at the Owner’s Cost as soon as practicable apply for and use reasonable endeavours to obtain an extension to the existing CAA licence for the Airfield and any extension obtained pursuant to clause 4.1 to include within that licence Hangars East. In performing its obligations under this clause 4.2 the Operator shall at the Owner’s Cost and subject to his prior approval obtain all necessary additional airfield surveys, and with the prior approval of the Owner at the Owner’s Cost undertake all necessary ground works to alleviate any flooding on the aprons or extended taxiways, works to the blue fence to remove obstacles and all necessary re-marking of the taxiways and disused runways. At the Owner’s Cost the Operator shall as soon as practicable apply for and use reasonable endeavours to establish the Aerodrome Traffic Zone. At the Owner’s Cost the Operator shall as soon as practicable undertake the safe disconnection and capping off of the runway lights and the removal of the concrete lighting plinths to enable future replacement with flush lighting at a time to be agreed. At the Owner’s Cost the Operator shall as soon as practicable produce an obstacle/safeguarding survey. Management Schedule At the Owner’s Cost the Operator agrees to make reasonable endeavours to comply with its obligations contained in Schedule 3 being the Management Schedule. Flight Records. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that a flight crew member keeps daily records of every HELICOPTER’s flight for each day of operation, which record shall show the time of take-off and landing, the origin route and destination, of the general area of flight, the purpose of the flight, type of flight, names of passengers, type and amount of cargo carried, and the number of hours flown, or any reason for not flying. Such records certified by CONTRACTOR shall be daily submitted to COMPANY and kept permanently at COMPANY’s disposal on the OPERATING BASE. Invoices presented by the CONTRACTOR shall be accompanied by such certified records covering all charges made.

  • Transit Records 7.6.1 CenturyLink and CLEC will exchange wireline network usage data originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, operating company number, and state jurisdiction. CenturyLink and CLEC agree to exchange wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

  • Client Records 26.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided under the terms of this Contract in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, Project records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and voucher records.
