Production Meetings. Time spent in attendance at Production meetings or surveys shall be considered time worked. The Producer need not pay the Guild Member for the time spent at screenings of Dailies, unless the Producer or the Director requires the Guild Member to be there. If the Producer or the Director requires the Guild Member to attend the screening of Dailies, the time spent at the screening shall be considered as time worked.
Production Meetings. It is understood that the Stage Manager is required to attend all scheduled production meetings which involve the discussion of elements of the production which directly affect the duties and responsibilities of stage management. Production meetings requiring the attendance of stage management personnel outside the regular rehearsal hours and/or preparation time limits may not exceed three one (I) hour sessions within an engagement week. Meetings in excess of these limits will require the payment of overtime where the Theatre requires the stage management personnel to remain. Additionally, when the Theatre requires the stage management personnel to attend production meetings which infringe on and the appropriate overtime or penalty payments shall apply.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Stage Manager The Stage Manager shall have the following duties and responsibilities: Organize rehearsals and performances Schedule rehearsal calls Assemble and maintain the prompt book, which is the property of the Work with the Director and coordinate and communicate with the heads of all other departments during rehearsals and after opening. Attend all scene change rehearsals and cueing sessions for the production.

Production Meetings. The Guest Company will recognize FoJACS as part of their production team and invite FoJACS to participate in all production meetings and provide full disclosures on progress. A meeting should also be called for all cast and crew soon after moving into JAC so that a FoJACS representative can present guidelines for working in JAC and answer any questions.

  • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request. All proposals by the parties shall be written and submitted to the representative(s) of both teams at the first meeting. No additional items shall be submitted by either party following the first meeting, unless mutually agreed by the parties. Additional ground rules, if any, will be established at the first meeting.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement. 10.1(b) This Article is intended to provide a free avenue of communication between the Union and the Company, and suggestions, complaints, or other matters may be presented by either party, provided that neither party shall be required to discuss any item brought up by the other party nor be bound to act upon any item presented.   • Membership Meetings At the request of the Union the University agrees to grant a two (2) hour period twice a calendar year for purposes of a regular membership meeting. The University agrees to grant time off from work without loss of pay to those Employees regularly scheduled to work during that time.
