FLSA Work Period Defined. The City has elected a twenty-eight (28) consecutive day work period for certain law enforcement employees under the 7(k) exemption contained in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); this FLSA work period does not affect the calculation of MOU overtime pay as set forth in section 5.2 above. This provision shall apply to the following CPSA classifications: Community Services Officers who work within the City of Chico Holding Facility.

  • Overtime Work Definition Overtime for non-exempt employees working any work schedule is actual time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per workweek.

  • Normal Work Period The normal work period shall consist of not less than eighty (80) hours of work nor more than 86 hours of work and ten (10) work days within a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day work period.

  • PROJECT DEFINITIONS The following capitalized terms have the meanings assigned below for purposes of Exhibits A and B.
