Food Concessions. The sale of food or concession items to the public must be pre-approved by obtaining a Special Activity Permit from the City and/or a letter of support from Routt County Environmental Health (870-5588).
Food Concessions. Food Concessionaires must comply with the regulations of the Garfield County Public Health Department. Applications need to be submitted to the Public Health Department and must be approved to serve food at the fair. The applications are on the fair website for your convenience. The Fair Coordinator will not be able to answer your questions regarding this new process. Food Concessions. If applicable, USER shall comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, health and safety laws, pertaining to the service of food. USER shall also be responsible for obtaining any and all required governmental documentation for same, including, but not limited to, licensing and permitting requirements, to the extent applicable.

Food Concessions. List all menu items and posted prices. Menu items are subject to approval. Send a photo or draw a diagram of your concession truck/trailer locating electrical, water access, appliances, etc. Locate hitches, gas bottles, awnings, door openings, etc. Diagram accurately the footage of counter space open to the public.
Food Concessions. The National Equestrian Center will have service available for food and beverage purchases Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the NEC Lobby or other public areas. Exhibitors may enjoy self-catered food and beverages in the barn areas. All alcohol must be purchased though the NEC.

  • Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle.

  • Leaseholds If the Mortgage Loan is secured by a long-term residential lease, (1) the lessor under the lease holds a fee simple interest in the land; (2) the terms of such lease expressly permit the mortgaging of the leasehold estate, the assignment of the lease without the lessor's consent and the acquisition by the holder of the Mortgage of the rights of the lessee upon foreclosure or assignment in lieu of foreclosure or provide the holder of the Mortgage with substantially similar protections; (3) the terms of such lease do not (a) allow the termination thereof upon the lessee's default without the holder of the Mortgage being entitled to receive written notice of, and opportunity to cure, such default, (b) allow the termination of the lease in the event of damage or destruction as long as the Mortgage is in existence, (c) prohibit the holder of the Mortgage from being insured (or receiving proceeds of insurance) under the hazard insurance policy or policies relating to the Mortgaged Property or (d) permit any increase in rent other than pre-established increases set forth in the lease; (4) the original term of such lease is not less than 15 years; (5) the term of such lease does not terminate earlier than five years after the maturity date of the Mortgage Note; and (6) the Mortgaged Property is located in a jurisdiction in which the use of leasehold estates in transferring ownership in residential properties is a widely accepted practice;

  • Preservative-treated Wood Containing Arsenic Grantee may not purchase preservative-treated wood products containing arsenic in the performance of this Agreement unless an exemption from the requirements of Chapter 13 of the San Francisco Environment Code is obtained from the Department of the Environment under Section 1304 of the Code. The term “preservative-treated wood containing arsenic” shall mean wood treated with a preservative that contains arsenic, elemental arsenic, or an arsenic copper combination, including, but not limited to, chromated copper arsenate preservative, ammoniacal copper zinc arsenate preservative, or ammoniacal copper arsenate preservative. Grantee may purchase preservative-treated wood products on the list of environmentally preferable alternatives prepared and adopted by the Department of the Environment. This provision does not preclude Grantee from purchasing preservative-treated wood containing arsenic for saltwater immersion. The term “saltwater immersion” shall mean a pressure-treated wood that is used for construction purposes or facilities that are partially or totally immersed in saltwater.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant or local match funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

  • Fixtures and Fittings 8.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date. 8.13.2 Not to remove the Fixtures and Fittings as specified in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition or any part of them or any substitute Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises and not to bring onto the Premises the Tenant’s own equipment or effects without the prior written consent of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Furniture During the Term, at no charge to Subtenant, Subtenant shall be permitted to use the remaining existing modular and office furniture located in the Subleased Premises and described in more particular detail in Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Office Furniture”) as well as all equipment and associated data cabling existing in the Subleased Premises (the Office Furniture together with any equipment and data cabling, being referred to collectively as the “Furniture”). Subtenant shall accept the Furniture in its current condition without any warranty of fitness from Sublandlord (Subtenant expressly acknowledges that no warranty is made by Sublandlord with respect to the condition of any cabling currently located in or serving the Subleased Premises or with respect to the fitness of such cabling for Subtenant’s intend use thereof). For purposes of documenting the current condition of the Office Furniture, Subtenant and Sublandlord shall, within ten (10) days after Sublandlord’s receipt of the Furniture Notice, conduct a joint walk-through of the Subleased Premises in order to inventory items of damage or disrepair. Subtenant shall use the Furniture only for the purposes for which such Furniture is intended and shall be responsible for the proper maintenance, insurance, care and repair of the Furniture, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense. Subtenant shall not modify, reconfigure or relocate any of the Furniture except with the advance written notice to Sublandlord, and any work of modifying any Furniture (including, without limitation, changing the configuration of, “breaking down” or reassembly of cubicles or other modular furniture) shall be performed at Subtenant’s sole cost. No item of Furniture shall be removed from the Subleased Premises without Sublandlord’s prior written consent.
