Food Sales. It is hereby agreed by OWNER and LESSEE to establish 1985 as the base period year for food sales. 1985 annual food sales made by LESSEE were [Confidential treatment requested]. Using the above established period for food sales, and because OWNER acknowledges that LESSEE must pay percentage rent to International Dairy Queen for the franchise, then food sales percentage rent shall be calculated as follows: If total annual [Confidential treatment requested] exceed [Confidential treatment requested] then the percentage rent on food sales made in excess of [Confidential treatment requested] annually shall be [Confidential treatment requested] Payments of estimated percentage rents in excess of the minimum rent shall be paid on the 15th day of each month beginning with the month of September, 1986 which shall be the percentage rent for August, 1986. Said payments shall be computed at the end of each month as follows: [Confidential treatment requested] of the amount of [Confidential treatment requested] for that month in excess of [Confidential treatment requested].
Food Sales. All food sales on college property by recognized student clubs and organizations must receive approval from the College’s catering contractor (Sodexo) and produce a copy of the Sodexo Waiver of Liability.

A. It is a common industry practice for Nutrition Services staff to sample and test food to ensure quality. Food sold or given must comply with District Policy and Procedure.
Food Sales. Gross revenue from the sale, for on-site consumption, of food and non-alcoholic beverages sold at the Leased Property, including in respect to guest rooms, banquet rooms, meeting rooms and other similar rooms. Such revenues shall not include the following:
(a) Vending machine sales;
(b) Any gratuities or service charges added to a customer's xxxx or statement in lieu of a gratuity which is paid to an employee;
(c) Non-alcoholic beverages sold in the bar or lounge; and
(d) Sales taxes or taxes of any other kind imposed on the sale of food or non-alcoholic beverages.
Food Sales. The Licensee shall be permitted to host up to four food trucks within the Event Site. Licensee shall be responsible for all permits and licenses required for their operations (see Section D below). Access to food trucks located within the Event Site shall be permitted only for event participants.
Food Sales. Xxxxxx Global shall manage and secure food trucks for the event. Food vendors are to be permitted by the Town no later than August 1, 2024. The Town will receive 20% of all food sales, which will be remitted to the Town by Xxxxxx Global within 30 days of the event.

Food Sales. The Legion will be responsible to obtain all permits and licences required to prepare and sell food within the Facility Rental Area. The Legion will ensure to abide by all provincial requirements related to the preparation and sale of food.

Vendor will not sell any food or beverage products, unless approved to do so by the Mohican Powwow Committee and Vendor has been inspected and granted a Temporary Food Service Permit through the Tribe’s Health Department pursuant Xxxxxxxxxxx- Xxxxxx Tribal Law Chapter 56 Food Service. A copy of this law is available at xxx.xxxxxxx-xxx.xxx. In addition, all people who will be handling food are required to have a Food Handlers Card. Vendors are responsible to dispose of cooking oil waste and greywater from cleaning in appropriate receptacles.
