Common use of Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Footwear Allowance. Effective September 1, 1999 employees who are required to use special footwear by the employer or by law shall receive an allowance of $75.00 per year up to a maximum of $225.00 (3 years) when such footwear is purchased.

Footwear Allowance. Effective September 1, 1999 employees Employees who are required to use special footwear by the employer or by law shall receive an allowance of seventy-five dollars ($75.00 75) per year up to a maximum of two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225.00 225) (3 years) when such footwear is purchased. Commencing January 1, 2023 the allowance will increase to one-hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125) per year to a maximum of three hundred seventy-five ($375) every three (3) years when such footwear is purchased.
