FOP President. ‌ During the term of this Memorandum of Understanding, the President of the Baltimore County Lodge #4, Fraternal Order of Police, Inc. shall designate two (2) appointees of the bargaining unit who shall be granted a full-time leave of absence from their duties for the Police Department, mandated in-service training excepted, but shall remain on the payroll of the Police Department for the purpose of performing full-time duties on behalf of the FOP. During such leave, the appointees shall continue to accumulate seniority and shall receive all benefits as if said employee were fully on duty, including, but not limited to, pension accruals and fringe benefits.

  • Chairman An individual (who need not be a Registered Warrantholder) designated in writing by the Warrant Agent shall be chairman of the meeting and if no individual is so designated, or if the individual so designated is not present within fifteen minutes from the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Registered Warrantholders present in person or by proxy shall choose an individual present to be chairman.

  • Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.
