For Leasing Services. A leasing fee of one month’s rent for a one-year lease plus 25% of one month’s rent for each additional year or portion thereof when a tenant has been procured and lease signed by the tenant. This leasing fee is in addition to the management fee. If the Landlord shows the Premises to the tenant and no REALTOR® or subagent is involved in the transaction the Landlord shall pay the Agent a $350 administrative fee when the lease is signed.
For Leasing Services. For each new lease (non-renewal) a tenant placement fee of 35% percent of one month’s rent. Landlord is not permitted to hire friends, relatives, Realtors, etc. to market the property during the management period. Only Manager has the right to market property. For each renewal or extension, a leasing fee of $0 payment for any renewal or extension is due upon renewal or extension.
For Leasing Services. For each new lease (nonrenewal) a leasing fee of 5% percent or $ flat fee of one year’s gross rent multiplied by the term of the lease. A minimum of three-year term will be charged if lease is less than three years. For each renewal, a leasing fee of $500. Payment for any renewal or extension is due upon renewal or extension.
