for the Rank of Senior Fire Prevention Officer. (a) After two (2) years of satisfactory service as a Fire Prevention Officer, a Fire Prevention Officer shall be eligible to qualify by written and practical examination and personal assessment for the position of Senior Fire Prevention Officer. Should the Fire Prevention Officer fall the examination and supplementary examination, which will be within thirty (30) days, the Fire PreventionOfficer will remain at the rank of Fire Prevention Officer. In adjudicationof examinations, the following percentages shall apply: Written examination Practical Personal evaluation Total Should the senior applicant feel qualified to enter the Fire Prevention Bureau at the position higher than Assistant Fire Prevention Officer, the senior applicant will be eligible to qualify for the higher position by the examinations required for that position. If the application is successful, it will be deemed that the senior applicant met all the previous requirements and enter the division at the position attained. Only one advance examination will be allowed any one applicant. Anyone writing an advance examination and being unsuccessful will be offered the position of an Assistant Fire Prevention Officer. The privilege of writing an advance examination for entry into the Fire Prevention Division at an advance rank will apply only to those who have successfully passed their Lieutenant's examinations prior to December

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. Until the Obligations have been Paid in Full, Borrower will modify such corporate compliance program from time to time (and cause the other Loan Parties and Subsidiaries to modify their respective corporate compliance programs) as may be reasonable to attempt to ensure continuing compliance in all material respects with all material applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and requirements (including, in all applicable material respects, any material Health Care Laws). Borrower will permit Agent and/or any of its outside consultants to review such corporate compliance programs from time to time upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours of Borrower.

  • Service and Seniority Continuation While on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, a Nurse shall continue to accrue and accumulate Service and Seniority credits at the same rate as before the leave for the duration of the leave and the Nurse’s Service and Seniority shall be deemed to be continuous. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
