Own Purchases: Affiliate shall not use their own affiliate link in order to receive commissions on their own purchases.

(i) Supply any information which is inaccurate, erroneous or misleading.
(ii) Be a part of any transaction that involves any illegal activity.
(iii) Try to deliberately defraud (or assist to defraud) the Company or any of its users or suppliers.
(iv) Contravene (or assist anyone in contravening) any law, ordinance, statute, rules or regulations that are in force and are applicable to you.
(v) Seek to gain access to any of the user’s accounts, services, or networks of the company without due authorization.
(vi) Utilize the services of the Company to do any act which will be detrimental to the Company, its users, suppliers or any other third party.
(vii) Infringe the intellectual property rights or the privacy of the Company, users, its suppliers, or any third party.
(viii) Transfer or exhibit any photos, videos, texts, or any other media that will be illegal, violent, obscene, and pornographic or any other material over which someone else holds a copyright.
(ix) Contravene any public interests, morals or the true interests of others including any actions that would interfere with or negatively affect or prevent other users from accessing the Mayaaverse platform.
(x) Upload, send or distribute to or through the Mayaaverse Platform any computer viruses, worms or any software meant to damage or modify a computer system or data.
(xi) Interfere with, disrupt, or create an extreme pressure on servers or networks related to the Mayaaverse platform, or contravene their policies or procedures.
(xii) Try to reverse engineer, de compile, disable, copy, or disrupt the integrity or the performance of the Mayaaverse platform.
(xiii) Use the Mayaaverse Platform in order to build a competitive product or service or take any ideas, features, or media from the Mayaaverse Platform for the same.

Forbidden Actions. So long as the Company is liable for any obligations under any Related Agreement, notwithstanding any other provision of the Articles of Organization and any provision of law which otherwise so empowers the Company, the Company shall not perform any act in contravention of any of the following:
(a) The Company shall not (i) consolidate or merge with or into any other entity or convey, transfer or assign any Asset Pool Equity Interest to any Related Company, or transfer its properties and assets substantially as an entirety to any entity (other that to a Trustee), or lend or advance any monies to, or make an investment in, any person (other than a Related Company) or amend or repeal this Operating Agreement or its Articles of Organization or (ii) engage in any other activity that bears on whether the separate legal identity of the Company will be respected, including, without limitation, (A) holding itself out as being liable for the debts of any other party; (B) forming, or causing to be formed, any subsidiaries; and (C) acting other than in its Company name and through its Manager and authorized agents.
(b) The Company shall not incur any indebtedness, or assume or guaranty any indebtedness of any other entity than as set forth in the Related Agreements.
(c) The Company shall not consolidate or merge with or into any other entity or convey or transfer its properties and assets substantially as an entirety to any entity, unless:
(A) the entity (if other than the Company) formed or surviving the consolidation or merger or which acquires the properties and assets of the Company is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, expressly assumes the due and punctual payment of all obligations of the Company, including those obligations of the Company under any Related Agreement; and
(B) immediately after giving effect to the transaction, no default or event of default has occurred and is continuing under any Related Agreement.
