FOREMEN DIFFERENTIALS. An Employee designated by the Employer as Xxxxxxx shall be paid a differential of eleven percent (11%) per hour above the Journeyman's base rate of pay. The General Xxxxxxx shall be paid a differential of twenty-two percent (22%) per hour above the Journeyman's base rate of pay.
