Common use of Forestry Only Clause in Contracts

Forestry Only. Seasonal employees who are in positions that are required to be staffed on holidays and cannot be released from duty on those holidays shall recognize the holiday on the actual day identified in Article 58, Section 1.

Seasonal employees who are in positions that are required to be staffed on holidays and cannot be released from duty on those holidays shall recognize the holiday on the actual day identified in Article 58, Section 11.The Agency will designate employees as either recognizing the holiday on the actual day or the observed day based on the employee’s schedule. If there is a modification to the employee’s schedule, then the Agency will review the holiday observation designation and determine if a change is necessary.
