Formal Grievance - Grievance Hearing. If a Member fails to resolve the dispute informally, the Member may request a Formal Grievance Hearing. The Member must request the Formal Grievance Hearing in writing and mail the request to the WSC Director, Washington Service Corps, P.O. Box 9046, Olympia, WA 98507-9046. The Member should include a detailed explanation of the dispute, solution requested, and supporting documentation.
