Common use of Formal Level 3 Clause in Contracts

Formal Level 3. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance by the Superintendent at Level 2 within ten (10) days of receipt of the Level 2 response, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Board of Education, via its President for hearing at its next regularly scheduled meeting, or as mutually agreed to by the parties. The Board of Education, within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the hearing, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).
