FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS Sample Clauses

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. LICENSEE agrees to provide or has already provided information on former COUNTY administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent LICENSEE. The information provided includes a list of former COUNTY administrative officials who terminated COUNTY employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, associates or members of the business. The information should also include the employment and/or representative capacity and the dates these individuals began employment with or representation of LICENSEE. For purposes of this provision, “COUNTY administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, COUNTY Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, COUNTY department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit. (See Exhibit "B", List of Former COUNTY Officials.)

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. CITY agrees to provide or has already provided information on former County Administrative Officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent CITY on this project. The information required includes a list of former County Administrative Officials, who terminated COUNTY employment within the last five (5) years and are now officers, principals, partners, associates, or Members of the business. The information also includes the employment with or representation of CITY. For purposes of this provision, "County Administrative Official" is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such Officer's staff, Chief Executive Officer or member of such Officer's staff, County Department of Group Head, Assistance Department or Group Head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit of Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. Contractor agrees to provide or has already provided information on former County administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent Contractor. The information provided includes a list of former County administrative officials who terminated County employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, associates or members of the business. The information also includes the employment with or representation of Attorney. For purposes of this provision, “County administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, County Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, County department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. LANDLORD has set forth on Exhibit “G” of the Lease certain information on former COUNTY administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent LANDLORD. The information provided includes a list of the full names of former COUNTY administrative officials who terminated COUNTY employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, associates or members of LANDLORD. The information should also include the title/description of the official’s last position with COUNTY, the date the official terminated COUNTY employment, the official’s current employment and/or representative capacity with LANDLORD, and the date the official entered LANDLORD’s employment and/or representation. For purposes of this provision, “COUNTY administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, COUNTY Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, COUNTY department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. Delta Dental agrees to provide or has already provided information on former County of San Bernardino administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent Delta Dental. The information provided includes a list of former County administrative officials who terminated County employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, associates or members of the business. The information also includes the employment with or representation of Delta Dental. For purposes of this provision, “County administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, County Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, County department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. CONCESSIONAIRE must provide information on former County administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent your business. The information provided must include a list of former county administrative officials who terminated county employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principles, partners, associates, or members of the business. The information should also include the employment and/or representative capacity and the dates these individuals began employment with or representation of your business. For the purposes of this section, “county administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, County Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit, or Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. Contractor agrees to provide or has already provided information on former San Bernardino County administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent Contractor. The information provided includes a list of former County administrative officials who terminated County employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, Contractor or members of the business. The information also includes the employment with or representation of Contractor. For purposes of this provision, “County administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, County Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, County department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit, or Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. PVW agrees to provide or has already provided information on former COUNTY Administrative Officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent PVW on this project. The information required includes a list of former COUNTY Administrative Officials, who terminated COUNTY employment within the last five (5) years and are now officers, principals, partners, associates, or members of the business. The information also includes the employment with or representation of PVW. For purposes of this provision, "COUNTY Administrative Official" is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such Officer's staff, COUNTY Chief Executive Officer or member of such Officer's staff, COUNTY Department or Group Head, Assistant Department or Group Head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit.

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. LICENSEE agrees to provide or has already provided information on former COUNTY administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent LICENSEE as of the date hereof. After the execution of this License, the LICENSEE shall notify the COUNTY if former COUNTY administrative officials are employed by or represent LICENSEE. The information provided includes a list of former COUNTY administrative officials who terminated COUNTY employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, associates or members of the business. The information should also include the employment and/or representative capacity and the dates these individuals began employment with or representation of LICENSEE. For purposes of this provision, “COUNTY administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, COUNTY Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, COUNTY department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit. (See Exhibit "B", List of Former COUNTY Officials.)

FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS. A. TENANT agrees to provide or has already provided information on former COUNTY administrative officials (as defined below) who are employed by or represent TENANT. The information provided includes a list of former COUNTY administrative officials who terminated COUNTY employment within the last five years and who are now officers, principals, partners, associates or members of the business. The information also includes the employment with or representation of TENANT. For purposes of this provision, “COUNTY administrative official” is defined as a member of the Board of Supervisors or such officer’s staff, COUNTY Administrative Officer or member of such officer’s staff, COUNTY department or group head, assistant department or group head, or any employee in the Exempt Group, Management Unit or Safety Management Unit. (See Exhibit “K”, List of Former County Officials.) B. If during the course of the administration of this Lease, the COUNTY determines that the TENANT has made a material misstatement or misrepresentation or that materially inaccurate information has been provided to the COUNTY, this Lease may be immediately terminated. If this Lease is terminated according to this provision, the COUNTY is entitled to pursue any available legal remedies.
