Forty (40) Hour Employees. (1) Conditions for Accrual of Vacation Leave for Forty (40) Hour Employees. Each employee working an average forty (40) hour workweek, shall accrue vacation leave by pay period based on years of continuous service as established in the schedule below. To determine the appropriate accrual rate, the higher rate of accrual will begin on the first day of the pay period in which a year of continuous service is completed.
