Forty (40) Hour Employees. In observance of holidays, forty (40) hour employees: 1. Observe the ten (10) holidays listed in Section 9.1 above; and 2. Accrue two (2) hours of personal holiday credit per month, up to a maximum accrual of forty (40) hours. If any holiday listed in Section 9.1 above falls on a Saturday, it shall be celebrated on the preceding Friday. If any holiday listed above falls on a Sunday, it shall be celebrated on the following Monday.
