Forty (40) Hour Employees. Forty (40) hour employees shall receive Personal Business, Governor‟s, and Holiday leave pursuant to State personnel policies for full-time classified, unrepresented employees. There shall be no conversion for leave accruals either at the start of the appointment or upon conclusion.
