Fractional Bargaining Unit Members a. The employer shall determine the fraction of the fractional bargaining unit member's employment which shall be applied to the appropriate step on the salary schedule to determine such member's rate of pay. b. In the event a bargaining unit member is absent for a reason not covered by Xxxx Leave Policy, a deduction is made from that person's pay. That deduction is made on the paycheck due on the second pay of the month following the month in which the absence occurred. For the amount of deduction see Article XII. PAID LEAVES OF ABSENCES. G.
