Free Copies. 1. The author shall be entitled to 10 free copies of the printed work and the FA OU shall be entitled to 4 free copies of the printed work. The author may purchase from the publisher further print copies of his publication and any other books in print version published by the publisher at a discount of 30% on the retail price. Free Copies a) Publisher will supply to Distributor a reasonable number of desk copies, free copies for conventions and displays and sample copies to be sent to customers for review and inspection of Works (collectively, "Samples"). The Publisher will be responsible for postage or shipping charges and paper, printing and binding on Samples, to a limit of [*]% of its net sales to Distributor. Publisher shall provide on a quarterly basis a cumulative report including known free copy expenses and postage expense. Publisher shall provide on an annual basis a cumulative report including costs of free copies, manufacturing costs of all other items, and postage expenses. The annual report will be used to calculate the free copy budget. It is Distributor's responsibility to make timely suggestions about modification of report, or to indicate any missing expense information. Free Copies. During the Distribution Period, the DDD and the Narrator authorize Tektime to use and distribute free copies of the Audiobook for advertising and promotional purposes.

If you choose to resell the Work you agree that your sales efforts will not compete with ours or any of our distributors. However, Lot’s Cave files cannot be mass-distributed via download at blogs, websites, or other retailers outside the Lot’s Cave network.
Free Copies. 7.1 The Publishers will send to the Editor immediately after first publication of the Work in hard copy format 6 (six) free copies of the Work in the first format in which it is published. If the Work is published in hardback and paperback simultaneously, the Editor will receive 2 (two) hardbacks and 9 (nine) paperback copies. 7.2 The Editor will be entitled to purchase directly from the Publishers at the current author discount rate (which will be applied to the list price of the book at time of purchase), additional copies for personal use, and for re-sale at events and workshops organized by the Editor, or where the Publisher will not be displaying or selling the Work. The Editor will also have the right to purchase other publications of the Publishers at current author discount rate for personal use only. The Editor will pay the publisher in advance for any such orders, and except for orders sent by surface mail to addresses in the UK and Western Europe will pay the postage costs. 7.3 The Publishers will also provide the Editor with access to one copy of any eBook or online version of the Work that they produce.
Free Copies. No royalties shall be paid in respect of the following: 8.1 Copies of the Work presented to the Editor or to others or to the Press or deposited for copyright purposes, or presented as trade samples. 8.2 Copies of the Work destroyed by fire, water, enemy action or in transit, or otherwise. 8.3 Copies of the Work sold at or below the costs of production or sold to the Editor, or to a third party at his direction, at a special price agreed with the Publisher.
Free Copies. The Publisher shall furnish to the Author 1 (ONE) free copy of each electronic edition of the Work published by the Publisher.
