Freedom from Discrimination. The Board, the Association, and their agents and members agree that neither shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee of the District because of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, height, weight, marital status, disability, or for exercising his/her rights pursuant to of the Michigan Public Employment Relations Act, MCL 423.211 et seq., as amended.
