Frequency & Timing. Maximum 10 loaded vehicle journeys per day, subject to regular route inspection. Note: - TTMP frequency is for the road, parallel operations must not exceed maximum number.
Frequency & Timing. Loaded lorry movements should not be more than one per hour with a maximum of 10 loads in a 24 hour period, 50 loads per week. Lorry movements will be restricted to the hours of 07:00 – 19:00 hrs each day with school run times during term time avoided 08:30 – 09:30 and 14:30 – 15:30 hrs. Timber lorry drivers must communicate and implement a system so that no timber lorries are travelling on this route in opposite directions as there are very few places for two lorries to pass. Weekend and public holiday working is not permitted due to the excess of parked vehicles at the Cardross end of Darleith road.
Frequency & Timing. Loaded vehicle movements should not exceed an average of 8 loads in a 24 hour period. School run times should be avoided (0830-0915 and 1515- 1545 hrs.) and consideration should be made to the “tidal” flow of commuters using Invertrossachs Road in the morning and afternoon when programming journeys. Lorry movements should be avoided on all routes between 19:00 and 07:00. There should be no convoying of lorries and adequate controls on daily movements are to be applied to minimise conflict and impact on local residents and traffic. Warning signs alerting other road users must be placed at either end of the route, the week prior to and throughout operations.
Frequency & Timing. The minimum time between loads leaving the forest will be 30 minutes. Due consideration must be given to avoiding opposing Timber Traffic on U10 at all times. At the programmed rate of production, haulage shall not exceed 25 loads per week or 5 loads per day.
Frequency & Timing. The time between loaded vehicles travelling on this road should be no less than one hour, maximum of six vehicles per day, to allow a degree of carriageway recovery. Operations are planned for 5 days per week. Hauliers wishing to increase this frequency should consult with the A&BC Technical Officer for Cowal & Bute listed in contacts on the webpage. An assessment of the road and weather conditions, in conjunction with any proposed mitigation measures such as CTI, will determine suitability of an increase in load frequency.
Frequency & Timing. The trial is for 1 unit on a load and return basis. There will be no more than 1 loaded vehicle movement per hour between the hours of 06:30 and 19:30, up to a maximum of 12 loads in any 24 hour period. If road or weather conditions deteriorate then the numbers of loads will be reduced to 8 (or, exceptionally, fewer) loads per 24 hour period at the discretion of the technical officer as posted on the A&BC website. Priority will be given to regular road users, e.g. at school run times.

Frequency & Timing. To mitigate the damage to the road surface, a maximum of 5 loaded movements are permitted to exit the forest onto the public road each day. Loaded vehicles should use the public road at a minimum interval of 1 hour. Due to concerns over the condition of the public road, loaded journeys will be split 60/40 on North/South legs of the severely restricted section of the road – 3 North / 2 South and vice versa on alternate days. Operators should consult with the A&BC Technical Officer for XXXX listed in contacts on the webpage, prior to any increased frequency.
Frequency & Timing. With due regard to the height restriction access by individual self-loading vehicles is recognised. One loader vehicle, will “feed” other standard vehicles. The time between loaded vehicles travelling on this road should be no less than one hour, maximum of eight vehicles per day, to allow a degree of carriageway recovery. Operations are planned for 3 days per week, or any given 7 day period. Hauliers wishing to increase this frequency should consult with the A&BC Technical Officer for Oban, Lorn and the Isles listed in contacts on the webpage. An assessment of the road and weather conditions, in conjunction with any proposed mitigation measures such as CTI, will determine suitability of an increase in load frequency. Due to these restrictions, initial harvesting operations are likely to last for 12 weeks, July - Sept in 2016.
