Term Time. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution of this Agreement, as first written above, and shall automatically expire at 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the first anniversary of the date of execution of this Agreement. The period of time in which this Agreement is in effect shall be known as the “Term.” Time is the essence of this Agreement.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer.   • Comp Time Comp time shall be in lieu of pay and agreed to by both the employee and the management for any time worked outside of an employee’s regularly scheduled hours. The District will provide a form for tracking and approval. No employee may authorize overtime for themself. If additional hours or overtime is required it must be agreed upon by the employee and supervisor at least four (4) hours in advance before being worked. Comp time shall be accrued hour for hour for hour worked up to forty (40) and for hours worked over forty (40) per week comp time shall be accrued hour for hour and one-half (1 & 1/2) per over time law. Employees may not accrue more than thirty (30) hours of compensatory time. Any compensatory time over thirty (30) hours shall be paid as overtime on the next pay cycle. Comp time shall be tracked by the immediate supervisor and can be used with the approval of the immediate supervisor with adequate notice. Unused comp time will paid out June 30th of each year.

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

  • Prep Time ‌ Each teacher shall be provided daily with a minimum of an uninterrupted sixty (60) minute preparation period, except that an emergency, as determined by the Appointing Authority, within an institution may temporarily necessitate other assignments. During prep time, teachers must be allowed full access to their class room or designated workspace without disruption. Part-time teachers shall receive a pro-rated preparation period based on ten (10) minutes for each class period taught, with a minimum of thirty (30) minutes per day.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
