Fringe Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall receive benefits and perquisites of employment similar to those as have been customarily provided to the Company’s other executive officers including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, short-term disability benefits and twenty (20) vacation days, in each case in accordance with the plan documents or policies that govern such benefits. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures.

During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be eligible to receive benefits and perquisites of employment similar to those as have been customarily provided to the Company’s other executive officers, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, 401(k) matching benefits, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, in each case in accordance with the plan documents or policies that govern such benefits. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures.

Executive shall receive benefits and perquisites of employment similar to those as have been customarily provided to Mylan N.V.’s most senior executive officers, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, short-term disability benefits and twenty-five (25) vacation days, in each case in accordance with the plan documents or policies that govern such benefits. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures.
Fringe Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall receive such benefits and perquisites of employment as have been customarily provided to the Company's Chief Executive Officer including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, profit-sharing, participation in the Company's 401(k) plan, short-term disability benefits, twenty-five (25) vacation days, expense reimbursement, and automobile usage in accordance with the plan documents or policies that govern such benefits. Because of heightened security concerns the Executive shall also be entitled to personal usage of the Company's aircraft for the Executive and the Executive's family for vacations and other personal purposes. To the extent that any income or employment taxes ("Taxes") are due with respect to the Executive's or his family's personal use of the Company's aircraft, the Company shall provide the Executive with a "gross up" of Taxes due on such use. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures.

The Executive shall receive such benefits and perquisites of employment as were provided to the Executive immediately prior to the Executive’s retirement from the Company in 2016; provided, however, that the Executive shall participate in the Company’s benefit plans and programs on no less favorable terms than the Company’s other senior executives. Because of persistent and serious security concerns, the Executive shall be entitled to usage of the Company’s aircraft for the Executive and the Executive’s family for business and personal purposes. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures.

Executive shall receive benefits and perquisites of employment similar to those as have been customarily provided to the Company’s other executive officers (excluding the Executive Chairman, if any), including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, short-term disability benefits, and twenty-five (25) vacation days (pro-rated for 2016), in each case in accordance with the plan documents or policies that govern such benefits. Without limiting the foregoing, Executive shall receive an auto allowance in the gross amount of $1,600 per month. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures.

The Executive shall continue to receive such benefits and perquisites of employment as were provided to the Executive immediately prior to the Effective Date. Because of persistent and serious security concerns, the Executive shall continue to be entitled to usage of the Company’s aircraft for the Executive and the Executive’s family for business and personal purposes. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with established Company policy and procedures. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, for purposes of this Section 3(d), the Term of Employment shall be deemed to continue during any period in which the Executive serves as an employee and Chairman of the Board (whether or not Executive Chairman of the Board).
Fringe Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. Employee shall be eligible to participate in such of the Company's benefit plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive employees of the Company. Employee also shall be entitled to: (i) receive expense reimbursement in accordance with Company policy; (ii) office and support staff consistent with the office of Chief Executive Officer; (iii) paid vacation in accordance with Company policy for its senior executives; (iv) the use of a corporate apartment near the Company's California headquarters at a cost to the Company not to exceed $4000.00 per month; and (v) the use of an automobile (together with insurance, maintenance and gasoline) for business purposes at the Company's California headquarters at a cost to the Company not to exceed $1000.00 per month.
Fringe Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. While employed by Company under this Agreement, the Employee shall receive from time to time the same health and other benefits on the same basis that Company generally makes available to all of its employees as a whole from time to time. Employee shall be reimbursed for expenses pursuant to the expense reimbursement policy approved by the board of directors of the Company from time to time. In addition to the foregoing, the Company will reimburse Employee for an aggregate of up to $1,000 per month of Employee's expenses reasonably incurred in furtherance of the business of the Company, provided Employee has provided the Company with written receipts for such expenses. Employee may allocate such $1,000 amongst qualified expenses in his discretion.

Employee also shall be entitled to: (i) receive expense reimbursement in accordance with Company policy; and (ii) four weeks paid vacation.
