JSET • Employees not receiving JSA benefits may decline recall to a temporary vacancy. • Employees in receipt of JSA benefits will be required to accept recall to a temporary vacancy. • An employee will be deemed to have voluntarily resigned from the Company and lose all seniority should he fail to accept recall to a permanent position from within the JSET. • Employees accepting recall will be eligible for relocation benefits as described in the Job Security Agreement.
