Restoral Call Out Sample Clauses

Restoral Call Out. A) An employee called out to work overtime which is not continuous with, before or after the regularly assigned hours will receive a minimum call out of three (3) hours at one and one half (1-1/2) times the pro rata rate. The employee may be required to remain at work for such three (3) hour period subject to operational requirements. An employee who is called at home and effects a restoral by instructing another technician over the telephone or who effects restoral by personal computer from home will receive a minimum call out of two (2) hours at one and one half (1 1/2) times the pro rata rate.
