FTE Duties. 18.2.1 Provide onsite individual counseling, group 17 sessions/classes, crisis intervention and crisis management counseling, 18 family/caregiver engagement strategies, and discharge/transition support 19 counseling.
FTE Duties. 18.1.1 Function as the firoup Home Administrator in compliance 7 with CCLD Title 22 Regulations.
FTE Duties. 23.5.1 Direct the planning, implementation, and coordination of 26 all policies and procedures of the High Needs Youth Services program. 27 Responsible for administrating, developing, and facilitating the completion of 28 case plans and treatment programs.
FTE Duties. 23.6.1 Responsible for coordinating, developing and ensuring 21 consistent flow of referrals of qualified Youth/NMD to CONTRACTOR’s program 22 staff and serving as program liaison to COUNTY referral/placement unit.
FTE Duties. 23.8.1 Provide direct care services in an assigned living unit. 8 Primarily responsible for the supervision and mentoring of Youth/NMD to ensure 9 the High Needs Youth program is consistently implemented.
FTE Duties. 23.9.1 Reside onsite and provide continuous, twenty-four 9 hours/seven days a week (24/7) supervision, care, and support for the 10 Youth/NMD to meet their needs. Houseparents shall meet the provisions defined 11 in Subparagraph 5.9 of this Exhibit A, and meet all CCL and Title 22 12 regulations and standards.
FTE Duties. 18.4.1 Provide daily care, supervision, support, guidance, 22 counseling, mentoring, and promote self-sufficiency of children/youth.
FTE Duties. 18.5.1 Provide direct care and supervision of children/youth 18 primarily during the evening, overnight, and early morning hours, pursuant to 19 the minimum standards required in CCLD Title 22 Regulations, when the firoup 20 Counselor staff is off duty.
FTE Duties. 21.3.1 Maintain overall on-site program functioning and oversight of Live-In Case Manager duties.
FTE Duties. 21.4.1 Reside onsite during scheduled work hours.
