FTE Duties. Function as the firoup Home Administrator in 18 compliance with CCLD Title 22 Regulations.

FTE Duties. Provide onsite individual counseling, group 13 sessions/classes, crisis intervention and crisis management counseling, 14 family/caregiver engagement strategies, and discharge/transition support 15 counseling as described in Subparagraph 5.15. 16 18.2.1.2 Coordinate and provide Youth/NMD interviews 17 and intake screenings, assess individual treatment needs, provide 18 consultation, and participate on the Treatment Team.

FTE Duties. Direct the planning, implementation, and coordination of 1 all policies and procedures of the High Needs Youth Services program. 2 Responsible for administrating, developing, and facilitating the completion of 3 case plans and treatment programs.

FTE Duties. Reside onsite and provide continuous, twenty-four 9 hours/seven days a week (24/7) supervision, care, and support for the 10 Youth/NMD to meet their needs. Houseparents shall meet the provisions defined 11 in Subparagraph 5.9 of this Exhibit A, and meet all CCL and Title 22 12 regulations and standards.

FTE Duties. Provide direct care services in an assigned living unit. 11 Primarily responsible for the supervision and mentoring of Youth/NMD to ensure 12 the High Needs Youth program is consistently implemented. 13 20.8.2 Assist with ensuring that the Youth/NMD attends and is on 14 time for all program elements.

FTE Duties. Responsible for coordinating, developing and ensuring 21 consistent flow of referrals of qualified Youth/NMD to CONTRACTOR’s program 22 staff and serving as program liaison to COUNTY referral/placement unit.

FTE Duties. Function as the firoup Home Administrator in 10 compliance with CCLD Title 22 Regulations. 11 18.1.1.2 Direct the planning, implementation, and 12 coordination of all policies and procedures of the High Needs Youth 13 Residential Homes Services program.

FTE Duties. Maintain overall on-site program functioning and oversight of Live-In Case Manager duties.

FTE Duties. Provide direct care and supervision of children/youth 18 primarily during the evening, overnight, and early morning hours, pursuant to 19 the minimum standards required in CCLD Title 22 Regulations, when the firoup 20 Counselor staff is off duty.

FTE Duties. Reside onsite during scheduled work hours.
